Online Workshop: Writing for Children

A 2-hour online workshop to learn about writing for children, with children’s novelist Maisie Chan.

Join Maisie Chan, the author of Danny Chung Does Not Do Maths and the Tiger Warrior series, for an information and writing workshop for those wanting to write for children.

During the session you will learn about different age groups, markets and genres within children’s publishing.

Participants will work through a series of fun creative writing exercises to examine character, setting and structure in a children’s story.

Writers of all levels are welcome, including beginners.
